Effective date: 2026-07-30. This notice applies to the public MonetLayer marketing website at https://www.monetlayer.com. MonetLayer is developed by Clarion Labs. Registered office, company number, and governing-law details are not published here unless separately required.
Information you choose to send
If you contact MonetLayer for early access, security disclosure, partnership, privacy, or another inquiry, we receive the email address and any details you include so we can respond and evaluate early-access fit.
The public early-access form collects the details you submit (such as work email, company, and billing model). MonetLayer uses that information to respond to early-access or partnership enquiries. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare Email Service processes delivery of the submission to hello@monetlayer.com, which is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the monitored Clarion Labs mailbox hosted with Zoho.
Technical delivery data
Hosting and edge delivery through Cloudflare may process technical request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security telemetry needed to operate and protect the site. Email providers may process messages you send to MonetLayer contact addresses.

Website behavior
- This site does not connect to wallets.
- This site does not collect payment information.
- This site does not call the MonetLayer product backend.
- This site does not include a CMS, merchant dashboard, or payment form processor beyond mailto fallback.
Cookies and analytics
Essential delivery and security tooling from the hosting provider may set or process technical data required to serve the site. No third-party marketing analytics account is configured in this repository.
Retention and requests
Inquiry emails are retained as needed to respond and manage early-access evaluation. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you sent by emailing privacy@monetlayer.com.
International transfers
Because the site is delivered through Cloudflare and email providers, information may be processed in multiple jurisdictions as needed to operate those services.
