Effective date: 2026-07-30. These terms apply to the public MonetLayer marketing website at https://www.monetlayer.com. Product agreements, merchant terms, and developer contracts are separate when issued.
MonetLayer is developed by Clarion Labs. This page is product-led and does not publish a corporate profile, registration number, or office address. Governing law is not stated until jurisdiction details are verified where required.
Eligibility and early access
MonetLayer is offered as early-access testnet infrastructure. Public evidence does not imply mainnet production availability.
Access requests may be accepted, delayed, or declined. The website itself does not provide production onboarding.
Testnet-only functionality
- Public proof evidence is Base Sepolia testnet evidence.
- No mainnet production availability is claimed on this site.
- No automatic recurring wallet debit is claimed.
- No custody of merchant or customer funds is claimed.
- No private-key management by MonetLayer is claimed.

Content on this site is informational and for early-access evaluation. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment, or compliance advice.
Merchant and wallet responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for business compliance, customer disclosure, wallet and address accuracy, and their own application logic. Blockchain settlement is subject to network finality and reorg risks outside MonetLayer control.
Third-party dependencies
Payment providers, wallet software, explorers, Cloudflare delivery, and email providers are independent services with their own terms and failure modes.
Prohibited use
Do not use the site or early-access communications to attempt unauthorized access, abuse infrastructure, misrepresent MonetLayer capabilities, or engage in unlawful activity.
Availability, suspension, and termination
The public website and early-access communications may change, pause, or end without notice. MonetLayer may suspend abusive or unsafe access requests.
Intellectual property
MonetLayer names, marks, site design, and content remain MonetLayer property except where third-party rights apply.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
The website and early-access materials are provided as-is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. MonetLayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this public website.
Governing law
Governing law is not stated until the operating legal entity and jurisdiction are verified.
